Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage industrial painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, estimating, and a deep understanding of industrial coatings, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for industrial painting projects.
• Conduct detailed cost estimates and prepare bids for potential projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the execution phase.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status and financials.
• Assist in the selection and procurement of materials and resources required for projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in industrial painting or coatings.
• Strong estimating skills and experience with cost analysis in the industrial sector.
• Knowledge of industrial painting techniques and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
