Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various industrial components and equipment ensuring a highquality finish that meets our standards. This role requires attention to detail mechanical knowledge and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and applying primers as needed.
• Operate power tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application of paint.
• Apply industrial coatings using spray guns brushes or rollers while adhering to safety protocols.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or touchups.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area including proper storage of materials and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Operate forklifts and cranes as required for moving materials within the warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations related to painting operations.
• We are a small business that requires some crosstraining and teamwork. The employee must be willing to have secondary responsibilities as they arise and do whatever task that needs to be done for the production of our product. The primary responsibility will be industrial painting but the employee must be flexible and perform other duties as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial painting or auto painting is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and the use of forklifts is a plus.
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools effectively.
• Experience with machining or working with precision measuring instruments is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
