Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage industrial painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong estimating skills and project management experience, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for industrial painting projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project completion.
• Conduct site visits to assess project needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients, highlighting project timelines, costs, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the industrial painting or coatings industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial painting processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimation tools.
