Location: Annapolis, MD (Onsite/Hybrid), Onsite Requirement: Initial three (3) months onsite at 189 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401. Hybrid Role: Following the initial period, the role may transition to a hybrid model, with three (3) days remote and two (2) days onsite, subject to satisfactory performance.

Overview:
The Maryland Judiciary Information Systems (JIS) is seeking a skilled Information Security Platform Administrator to oversee the administration and daily operations of various SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, SaaS management, and IT consulting. This role is critical in maintaining the stability, scalability, and security of our information security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support and Administration: Act as the primary technical support lead, actively participating in the planning, design, installation, and daily management of SaaS platforms, including SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with Information Security and Judiciary Information Systems staff to oversee daily support activities, enhance operational efficiency, and provide comprehensive support across platforms.
• System Performance and Monitoring: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and security. Deploy and configure SaaS software to meet the organization's business needs, including customizations.
• Project Management and Documentation: Lead and coordinate activities with the Information Security Team and other JIS teams. Manage projects, support audit processes, and create detailed documentation for processes and procedures.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to Information Security staff on the platforms supported, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and maintaining a high level of expertise within the team.
• Risk Management and Business Continuity: Develop and implement workflows, procedures, and solutions for identity and access management, disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and risk management.
• Issue Resolution and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including software configuration problems, security issues, and performance challenges. Open and manage support tickets as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Experience:
  • Ten (10) years of relevant IT experience, with at least five (5) years in information security and SaaS management.
  • Proven experience in the design, implementation, customization, and support of SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer.
  • Experience in setting up and managing DataOps environments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in enterprise-level information security platforms.
  • Proficiency in configuring and operating SaaS platforms, including user attestations in SailPoint, privileged access management in CyberArk, data protection in Microsoft Purview, and risk management in Archer.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and conduct training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with peers, end-users, and vendors.
