The Inside Sales Agent is a key member of the NRG/DEB Texas Mid-Market Business Sales team and is primarily responsible for delivering a personalized energy sales service to NRG/DEB TX mid-market business customers under the direction of the Call Center Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling via the telephone. This position is responsible for outbound/inbound phone work for: prospecting, qualifying, and closing new commercial (business) accounts, completing renewals on existing customer accounts, correcting rejections, and/or retaining cancelled customers in order to meet revenue goals set by the company.
