Instructor Skill Level 1 - OTS

Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an OTS Instructor to provide expert training support for mission-critical operations. 

Location:  Fort Meade, MD
Schedule (FT/PT): Full-Time
Travel Required: 20%
Shift:  Day
Remote Type: No Remote
Security Clearance:  Current TS/SCI
Polygraph: Full Scope Poly (CI/CCA accepted)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training processes, procedures, and course content to meet mission requirements efficiently and effectively.
• Deliver comprehensive training to operations personnel to ensure they possess the systems knowledge required to perform assigned duties and fulfill organizational objectives.
• Conduct end-to-end data flow analysis and signal analysis to identify signals of interest.
• Apply expertise in communication systems and antenna technologies.
• Provide instruction for all SASMO courses, support course development efforts, and participate in Mobile Training Team (MTT) deployments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI.
• Full Scope Poly (Counterintelligence (CI) or CCA Polygraphs are acceptable).
• Skill Level 1: Minimum of two (2) years' cumulative experience with any of the following: 
  • Advanced COMINT and ELINT Analysis
  • Radar Theory
  • FISINT
  • PROFORMA Signals Analysis ​​​​​​​
