Job Description
In your new role you will: - Define, design & validate analog/mixed signal IP blocks for Rad Hard power management applications
- Guide physical designers on critical aspects of the block layout to ensure Rad Hard performance and oversee behavioral modeling of the IP
- Document and review critical aspects of design architecture, implementation, and testing
- Participate in top level simulation-based verification of the IC
- Guide lab & test engineers in validation and characterization of the mixed-signal IP
You are best equipped for this task if you have: - Presently in graduate school MS in EE or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Strong understanding of circuit design and semiconductor device fundamentals
- Experience with Cadence tools a plus
- Self driven and motivated
- US citizen or green card holder : This internship requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
