Job Title: Internet Radio Broadcasting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internet Radio Broadcasting Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online radio station. The successful candidate will have a strong background in internet radio broadcasting, podcasting, and event organization, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

# Key Responsibilities:

Programming and Content_: Develop, implement, and manage programming strategies to increase listenership and engagement.

Podcasting_: Produce, edit, and publish podcasts on various topics, including music, entertainment, and lifestyle.

Event Organization_: Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging and fun events for listeners, such as concerts, meet-and-greets, and webinars.

Talent Management_: Supervise and mentor on-air talent, producers, and other staff members to ensure high-quality content and performance.

Marketing and Promotions_: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and listenership.

Technical Operations_: Oversee the technical aspects of internet radio broadcasting, including streaming, encoding, and audio quality control.

Budgeting and Financial Management_: Manage the station's budget, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of internet radio broadcasting, podcasting, and audio production.
- Experience with audio editing software, such as Adobe Audition or Pro Tools.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms, such as Icecast, Shoutcast, or YouTube Live.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

No experience needed but 1+ years of some type of Broadcasting is what we are looking for.
