Job Overview: Inventory Specialist - Lakeland
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and organizing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a clean and efficient storage environment. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly as part of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately receive, count, and organize inventory materials.
Process returns from vendors, ensuring proper documentation and restocking .
Inspect incoming and existing inventory for damage or discrepancies.
Maintain updated records of inventory levels and locations.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of all products.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory and supply requests.
Report damaged or missing items and assist with returns or replacements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Perform regular inventory audits and assist in cycle counts.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
Prior experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is a plus.
