This role is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, and works in a well-appointed office approximately 45 miles NW of downtown Chicago.

Duties:

• Create investment proposals
• Account opening, service requests and ongoing maintenance
• Track and closely follow asset movement
• Support the financial planning process
• Keep detailed notes of client correspondence and required actions
• Other general administrative duties as assigned

Experience:

• 2+ years administrative experience (required)
• 2+ years financial services experience (required)
• Life and Health License, and Series 6/7 Registered (a plus)
• Proficient with investment trading systems and processes (a plus)
• Adept with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and various software (required)
• Familiarity with financial planning tools, Wealthscape, Envestnet, DocuSign and CRM (preferred)

• Proficient in use of computers and technology

Salary: $50,000-$70,000 annually, dependent upon qualifications.
