The Washington, DC office of a global powerhouse law firm is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to support their practice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare legal documents and draft correspondence.
  • Perform legal research and collect and summarize relevant case information.
  • Cite-check, proofread, and Bluebook legal documents.
  • Coordinate legal projects and provide general substantive case support as needed.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions and trials.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced. You have five (5) or more years of experience as a paralegal in an AmLaw firm. A Bachelor’s degree is required, as is specific experience managing IP litigation matters.
  • Communicative. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player. You are friendly and enjoy working closely with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented. You are incredibly organized and produce quality work.
  • Flexible. You understand that being a paralegal is not a 9-5 job, and you are able to accommodate long hours and sporadic travel.
