We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (PM) shall support the mission of Infrastructure Line of Business (IFLOB) assisting to provide a reliable, secured, and consumable Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure that is maintained and operated on 24x7x365. Work will be performed under the Task Order (TO) is intended to be a broad range of technical services to include evaluating, designing, integrating, implementing, automating, and sustaining a highly redundant and scalable infrastructure that supports hosted environments of the DOD Partners. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex project environments.
Job Description:
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with DISA standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Manage help desk operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate training and support for help desk staff on DISA-related queries and procedures.
• Conduct regular project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, master’s in project management) is a plus.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple functional areas, preferably within the DISA.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong background in help desk operations, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
