Prominence is looking for a Technical Project Manager with extensive project management experience with a focus on supply chain, inventory management, finance and time keeping enterprise applications.

Your Role

Our consultants guide our customers through complex technology requirements to summit the challenge at hand. You will need to be able to create order out of chaos, and compile ambiguous information into tactical action plans.

Requirements

As a member of our Epic Consulting team, you’ll work closely with our customers to implement and optimize their Epic workflows. In addition to your Epic project work, you will help mentor and grow our customer’s teams, escalate issues, and guide projects to a successful outcome.

Travel for Onsite meetings will be required on a bi-monthly to quarterly basis.

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in Enterprise Applications.
• Demonstrated capacity to anticipate obstacles and plan for contingencies.
• Demonstrated attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to determine relevance and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated effective writing skills.
• Proven leadership ability. Effective problem solving skills.
• Effective skill at tracking effort and project progress. Demonstrated highly advanced organization and project management skills. Demonstrated strong conceptual and planning skills to analyze projects of broad and diverse scope. Understands the cost impact of projects, project tracking tools and metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Experience leading a team of technology and operational professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate critical information across disciplines. Understands how projects relate to other business strategies and initiatives.
• Create build documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Track and resolve project risks and issues.
• Lead meetings and participate in ongoing work-product coordination.
• Transparently report on project status and deliverables.
• Develop robust knowledge transfer documentation to hand-off deliverables to customer teams.
• Additional duties as may be required to successfully deliver a project.
• May be invited to participate in corporate functions, events, and meetings.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or 8+ years of relevant project management experience
• Strong Technical Project Manager with deep experience in supply chain, inventory management, finance, and time keeping enterprise applications.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
