They’re seeking a JD/CPA to lead multidisciplinary engagements where financial precision and legal insight intersect. This role is for a professional who can guide major business decisions, handle sensitive investigations, and represent the company in high-stakes scenarios.

ResponsibilitiesLead financial and legal assessments in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings
Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize risk and ensure compliance
Advise on regulatory and legal matters involving financial disclosures, contracts, and governance
Conduct forensic reviews and internal investigations related to fraud or compliance concerns
Draft and review agreements, policy frameworks, and procedural safeguards
Partner with internal counsel, finance, compliance, and external advisors on strategic initiatives
Key Qualifications
Dual credentials: Active CPA license and Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
5–10 years of combined legal and financial advisory experience (corporate, law firm, or consulting)
Expertise in corporate tax law, M&A structuring, or internal investigations
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex legal-financial matters to executive leadership
High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and confidence
