GENZ RYAN PLUMBER DUTIES (ILLUSTRATIVE, NOT INCLUSIVE):

• Perform residential service plumbing duties 
• Assist in coaching and training the staff in their technical abilities 
• Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals such as iron, steel, brass, copper and lead, and nonmetals such as glass, vitrified clay, and plastic, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.
• Excavates dirt if necessary to access water, sewer and/or well water lines within the house
• Install underground storm, sanitary and water piping systems and extend piping to connect fixtures and plumbing to these systems.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes
• Tests all plumbing fixtures by filling and draining them.
• Studies building plans and drawings to determine materials requirement and sequence of installations.
• Communicates and assists with other county, city and state agencies regarding inspection and compliance issues.
• Notifies supervisor of damaged or defective/incorrect materials
• Requests city building inspections through designated office personnel after rough-in, basement rough-in and finish.
• Maintains a clean and organized work site.
• Conforms to safety standards as prescribed
• Perform drain cleaning duties (branch lines only at this time)
• Performs other tasks related to the position as assigned.

GENZ RYAN PLUMBER IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Journeyman Plumber level in the state of MN required (non-union)**
• Valid Driver's License**
• Willing to perform service, install, and drain cleaning calls when needed
• Excellent customer service
• Willingness to embrace change in a growing company
