Title: Junior Business Analyst (Accounting Domain)

Duration- Long Term contract
Role:
We are seeking to hire a consultant to document and outline business requirements for each of these functions:
Accounting software/purchasing, payment, grants management and CRM experience
Skills needed are:
1.Must have at least 2-5 years of experience as senior business analyst and must be able to interact at all levels
2.Must have functional knowledge of Payroll, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Grants and Contracts and Financial Planning and analysis systems.
3.Skilled in business analysis to meet with Accounting and Accounts Payable and Purchasing systems and document the existing process
4.Conduct JAD sessions with the business users to consolidate the new requirements
5.Interact with the development team to document current systems and document business requirements for a new system.
6.Must be able to conduct market research and present options that meet the new business requirements
7.Excellent comm skills are required
