Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Private Equity Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior PE Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing investment opportunities, and supporting senior team members in decision-making processes. You will assist in due diligence, financial modeling, and preparing investment proposals. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting financial research and analysis on potential investment opportunities.
• Building and maintaining financial models to evaluate investment returns and risks.
• Assisting in due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements and conducting market research.
• Preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior management.
• Monitoring portfolio company performance and industry trends.
• Contributing to the development of investment strategies and recommendations.
• Collaborating with senior team members on various projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Prior internship or experience in finance, private equity, or investment banking is a plus.
