BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking a Laborer to join our growing team and work in central Minnesota.  Headquartered out of Sauk Rapids, MN.  BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.

• Starting at $20 hourly depending on experience

• ​​​​​ Follows BCI Safety Manual and Site Leader's safety direction. Promotes a safe environment for all people on site.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. 
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Assist in building and dismantling forms for concrete pours.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power tools
• Perform:
• • Drywall hanging, wall sheathing, backing, blocking, and other rough carpentry duties
  • Selective demolition, including removing walls, flooring, ceilings, doors, finishes, etc
  • General Conditions, such as; temporary enclosures, barricades, fencing, floor protection
  • Routine clean-up tasks
  • General labor duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ year of experience within professional carpentry
