Full Description
We are a locally owned landscape design-build company looking to hire a Landscape Designer for our organization. The Landscape Designer will be responsible for creating both a design and estimate, presenting, and overseeing the development of landscapes for our clients.

Job Duties:

Follow up from the initial point of contact to sale.

Perform site analysis that includes the assessment of current plans of the property.

Draft a plot of the existing home/patios and perimeter walls & confirm existing site measurements.

Research ideas, guidelines, and codes.

Review HOA CC&Rs and design accordingly.

Design landscapes, hardscapes, fire features, lighting, irrigation, water features, pergolas, and structures of all kinds.

Create build details for the design and provide the necessary information.

Reviewing plans, proposed changes, and any other necessary documents.

Keeping records, including everything from correspondence to reports.

Price projects in company estimation form and generate proposals.

Oversee the progress of the project with the project manager to ensure that it is going as planned, including site walks with the homeowner and project manager weekly.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6 am-2 pm
(Will work with your schedule)
Off holidays

Education:
Associates or equivalent (Preferred, can be working on it)

Experience:
1 year in Auto-Cad
1 year with Desert Landscape Designs
2 years of Design Experience
1 year in Sketch-up (Preferred)
1 year in Customer Service

Requirements:
Driver"s License
Portfolio (Can be paper, PDF, or website)

In-office and job sites around Tucson
