✔ Mentor and train junior dental assistants , sharing best practices in infection control, chairside techniques, and patient care.
✔ Oversee treatment room preparation , ensuring sterilized instruments, proper setup, and seamless procedure execution.
✔ Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive practices.
✔ Support complex procedures such as root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, and implant placements.
✔ Manage and maintain dental instruments and equipment , ensuring compliance with sterilization and safety protocols.
✔ Coordinate with the front office team to optimize patient scheduling and treatment flow.
✔ Ensure strict compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
✔ Take and process high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays) with precision and adherence to safety standards.
✔ 3+ years of experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant in a general dentistry setting.
✔ Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent credentials from an accredited program.
✔ Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and advanced chairside techniques.
✔ Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials , including implant and surgical procedures.
