Job Overview:

As a Leasing Agent at Banyan Living, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You will be responsible for attracting new tenants to our multi-family residential communities, showcasing our properties, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. Your role is pivotal to promoting our company's values and maintaining high occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary representative for potential residents by greeting prospects, assessing their needs, and conducting property tours.
• Conduct outreach marketing and community events to attract new residents.
• Process applications, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Maintain customer engagement by following up with leads and potential residents.
• Assist in preparing lease agreements and orienting new residents to the community.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

Leasing Agents must possess excellent customer service skills and an understanding of property management principles. A focus on resident satisfaction and the ability to effectively promote community features are critical for success in this role. Candidates should be proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.

Compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding Fair Housing is essential.
