Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, possess strong sales skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in attracting and retaining tenants for our properties, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through lease signing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Interaction: Greet and assist prospective tenants, provide property tours, and answer questions about the leasing process and available units.
• Leasing Process: Manage the application process, conduct background checks, and process lease agreements. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Market Properties: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Create and update property listings, manage online ads, and organize open houses.
• Customer Service: Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain positive relationships with current tenants and provide exceptional service throughout their lease term.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, manage tenant files, and handle paperwork related to lease agreements and renewals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to leasing and property management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in leasing, sales, or a customer service role is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
• Attributes: Friendly and professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
