Join a leading mortgage lending team in Tampa, Florida, as a Licensed Loan Originator Assistant Manager/Recruiter with Security Mortgage Lenders. We are expanding and seeking a motivated individual to build and manage a sales team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, set your own hours, and earn generous commissions and overrides.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building: Assist in recruiting and developing a strong sales team.
- Sales Management: Collaborate to support and manage loan originators.
- Client Relations: Maintain positive client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Loan Origination: Solicit, service, and arrange mortgage, real estate, and construction loans.
- Client Consultation: Guide borrowers to suitable loan products, ensuring successful approvals.
- Documentation & Communication: Manage required documentation, fees, terms, and disclosures.
- Training & Development: Engage in ongoing training and personal development sessions.
- Lead Management: Utilize provided leads to generate and close loans.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
- Business Planning: Contribute to strategic growth planning and income generation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
- Experience in mortgage processing preferred.
- Bilingual abilities advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with loan types: FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, etc.
