We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our dealership team. If you excel at delivering exceptional customer service and can confidently guide clients through their insurance options, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Potential to earn $80,000+ annually

Job Responsibilities
Engage dealership customers and provide a professional, consultative insurance sales experience.
Quote and sell all Property & Casualty insurance lines, including complex coverage types.
Cross-sell insurance products to meet a wide range of customer needs.
Provide detailed explanations of coverage options, policy limits, features, and benefits.
Submit applications based on risk assessment and client requirements.
Follow up with leads provided by Toyota Insurance Management Solutions (TIMS).
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with dealership personnel to support full-service customer experience.
Assist management with data collection and marketing support as needed.
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty License (General Lines) required.
Minimum of 2 years’ insurance sales experience required (5 years preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a confident, professional demeanor.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a sales team.
