Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Create Lasting Change with Gotham Enterprises Ltd

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 per year + full benefits

Your Role:

• : Provide therapy services that help clients navigate life’s challenges and find meaningful solutions.
• Conduct assessments to determine the best course of action for each client, focusing on strengths and needs.
• Create unique treatment plans for every client, adjusting as necessary to meet their goals.
• Help clients reframe addiction and mental health issues, emphasizing that they are conditions that can be managed with the right support.
• Document client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes meticulously and efficiently.
• Share your expertise with management to enhance organizational health and support a thriving work environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the California state.
• Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
• Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
