Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

We are seeking for a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients and their families. Your expertise will be essential in addressing relational dynamics and fostering positive outcomes for our community.

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to understand clients' mental health and relationship issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using effective therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address various challenges.
• Provide immediate support during crises to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and treatment in compliance with ethical standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution
• A ctive California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to the table, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services
• Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
