Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Support Families, Transform Lives
We’re looking for an LMFT who’s passionate about improving the mental health and relationships of individuals and families. In this role, you’ll be helping people face some of life’s toughest challenges, offering a listening ear, and using evidence-based practices to provide real, lasting solutions.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one, family, and group therapy that makes a real difference.
• Use clinical assessments to deeply understand patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
• Empower patients with tools and strategies to improve their emotional well-being.
• Work closely with a diverse team to create a supportive and healing environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Valid LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and foster teamwork in a collaborative setting.
