Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): Use Compassionate Care to Make an Impact!

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, are you seeking to significantly impact the lives of individuals and families? Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking an experienced LMFT who is committed to provide excellent therapeutic services and assisting clients in resolving issues related to their relationships and mental health.

Overview of Position: You will work with clients to address a range of relational and mental health concerns, such as trauma, family conflicts, anxiety, and depression. In therapy sessions, you will lead clients toward healing and personal development by developing customized treatment plans.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Perform in-depth assessments to identify clients’ strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Implement evidence-based approaches to support clients in managing emotional and relational challenges.
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation of client interactions and therapeutic progress.
• Partner with management and other team members to provide integrated care and continually enhance treatment strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

· Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.

· Must have experience working with older adults

· Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
