Role Overview:

• Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide thoughtful, individualized therapy to adults, couples, and families, helping them navigate personal and relationship challenges.
• Develop treatment plans that respect each client’s unique experiences and strengths.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions in a safe and welcoming environment where clients can explore their emotions freely.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
• Maintain accurate records to support treatment outcomes and ensure seamless insurance processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with a variety of populations, including older adults, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
