Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our vibrant outpatient clinic. As a key member of our team, you will conduct assessments, create and implement treatment plans, and lead individual and group therapy sessions. Your contributions will empower clients to navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing education on best practices will be integral to your role in fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provides crisis intervention and counseling for patients, including the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues.
• Coordinates with family and/or support systems to facilitate client treatment and discharge planning.
• Reports to physicians on patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or existing issues.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, per department policy.
• Works closely with the healthcare team to develop treatment and discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and recognized social work methods.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington state licensure as LMFT.
• You have 2 year or more of experience in outpatient setting.

• Dedicated to providing exceptional client care and utilizing feedback to enhance services.
• Open-minded and eager to learn from other professionals and the insights of colleagues and families we serve.
