Licensed Insurance Agent – Property and Casualty Customer Service & Sales Westside Insurance – Allstate inside Chuck Nash Chevrolet | Hybrid | San Marcos, TX Full-Time | $30,000 – $90,000/year (Salary + Performance-Based Incentives) Are you passionate about helping people and ready to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? Chuck Nash Insurance – Allstate is seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team! This hybrid role focuses primarily on customer service, with opportunities to expand into sales and cross-selling. If you're detail-oriented, love talking with people, and thrive on building relationships, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service on billing questions, policy changes, and insurance reviews
• Assist with endorsements, policy renewals, and retention efforts
• Cross-sell policies and ask for referrals
• Keep accurate records and notes in our CRM system
• Educate clients on available coverage options and updates

• Adapts well to rejection, maintaining persistence and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Insurance experience with a background in customer service and sales is a plus.
