Limo Dispatcher - The Heart of Our Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Limo Dispatcher to join our team. In this critical role, you will be the linchpin connecting our chauffeurs, clients, and the smooth execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-assignment and Coordination: Assign chauffeurs to morning reservations, confirm start times, and ensure clear communication of special instructions or client requests.
• Real-time Management: Monitor and track chauffeur progress, proactively addressing any schedule changes, vehicle issues, or service concerns.
• Chauffeur Support: Act as a primary point of contact for chauffeurs, providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of reservations, chauffeur activity, vehicle issues, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Strong Area Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the local area, including major roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, days, or evenings as needed to meet operational demands.
• Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment with numerous external influences.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
