Live-In Rotational Nanny in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Rotational Nanny needed for a warm, welcoming family with three children (ages 9, 7, and 4) who are active, curious, and love to explore! This is a dynamic household with a passion for travel, learning, and nurturing their children’s talents. Candidates must be able to travel with the family, who splits their time between their homes in Palm Beach (main residence), New York, The Hamptons, and The Bahamas, with exciting opportunities to travel to Europe twice a year, including a 6-week summer stay. Primary focus will be caring for the 4-year-old while also supporting the older children when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing, hands-on care for the 4-year-old.
• Support older children as needed.
• Manage daily routines and schedules.
• Plan engaging activities, assist with transportation, and oversee daily routines.
• Travel domestically and internationally with the family.
• Organize creative and educational activities.
• Assist in supporting the children’s tennis training with their private coach.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare

Start Date: January 15, 2024

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually.

• Private accommodations: Private bedroom and bathroom (shared bathroom with the 4-year-old in Palm Beach Gardens).

Qualifications:

• Valid Passport and the availability to travel.
• Must have a proven track record of working with high-net-worth families.
• Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages
• French-speaking is a bonus, but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is required, and a car will be provided.
• Comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced schedule and frequent travel.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
