We have an opening for a Loan Officer Assistant to support our top-producing sales team in our Lake Success, NY headquarters. HUGE plus to be bilingual in Spanish! This is an in-office position (not remote) so the ideal candidate will be able to commute to the office on a daily basis. Responsibilities: • Work on one of the top origination teams in NY with a high-volume pipeline • We are licensed in 32 states and have a strong team who needs another dyanmo Loan Officer Assistant to join the team • Assist in loan processing, managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring timely completion of documentation • Communicate effectively and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process • Demonstrate sales acumen to support business development efforts, including outreach to potential referral partners such as real estate agents, accountants, attorneys, and financial planners • Be part of a collaborative, hard-working team of professionals who are motivated by being the best they can be and continuously seeking ways to improve personally & professionally • Willingness to work hard and have a desire to win with a top-performing team Qualifications: • Minimum 2-5 years experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or similar position in a sales capacity • Encompass experience is required • Salesforce experience a plus • Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator a plus or if not licensed; willing to take a test to become licensed in NY • Outgoing - Comfortable talking to clients in person or via phone • Team player • Previous experience in the mortgage industry with a strong understanding of loan structuring, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing • Strong communication skills to maintain regular updates with clients, real estate agents, and attorneys • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to business development efforts • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to be mentored by top industry professionals About Company: THE PLACE & THE PERKS Madison Mortgage Services is a diverse group of mortgage experts, sales superstars, tech gurus, marketing whizzes, and more.
