Job Description

New Century Volkswagen seeks a motivated and energetic **Lot Porter** to join our Sales team! As a key member of our dealership, you will help ensure complete customer satisfaction by managing the movement and upkeep of our vehicles and Sales area. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance and performance of our inventory by:
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles
• Replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed
• Replacing batteries when necessary
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Keep lots neat and orderly by moving cars as directed by the General Manager according to dealership display standards
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as required
• Make key tags for and manage inventory of vehicles
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a lot porter is highly desirable
• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
• Positive attitude and a can-do mentality
• Confident, outgoing personality with a strong desire to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
