Corrections LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Pay:

• $1,520 - $1,560 weekly gross working 40 hours.
• Plus Travel Bonus to the assignment if eligible.
• Local and travel pay packages available.
• Weekly Direct Deposit Every Friday.
• Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Schedule and Timeline:

• Now interviewing for ASAP start dates!
• 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend.
• Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
• 40 hours weekly with potential for overtime.
• 8-hour evening shifts.

Corrections LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Job Details:

• Examine patients in the correctional environment, evaluate their response to treatment, and monitor their progress.
• Provide mental health and emotional support for inmates and, when necessary, refer them to appropriate mental health resources.
• Assisting the Physician/RN with exams and treatments.
• Sick call with a Physician to see inmates.
• Prep inmates to be examined/prep exam room and equipment.
• Pill pass, dispensing medications, and required documentation.
• Control medications and syringes in inventory as required.

Corrections LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• 1+ years of corrections, psych, ER, or med/surg nursing experience.
• NC or multistate LPN License in good standing.
• Active BLS.
• Clean background check upon hire.
