Envases Ohio is adding Machine Operators to our team to support our continued growth.

WHAT ENVASES OHIO CAN OFFER YOU - Starting pay of $18 an hour

• Increase to $20 per hour after 90 days
• Shift Premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
• $50 per week attendance bonus
• $500 signing bonus ($250 paid at 90 days, $250 paid at 6 months)

REQUIREMENTS - 2 years of manufacturing machine operator experience.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background and drug screening.
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Report for work on time to support production startup.
• Could be required to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching and periodically lifting.
• Able to work as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintaining a clean workstation & production floor.

• Preparing machinery and equipment for use.
• Following production/safety guidelines and specifications.
• Work with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Monitoring & removing faulty products.
• Will work with mechanical and computer-operated equipment. Must be technically inclined ]
• Able to properly utilize tools and machinery.
• Analyze and find solutions when machine produces a fault.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

You should be proficient in:

• Blueprint Reading
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
