Open, sort, and date-stamp all incoming mail daily
Remove staples and prepare documents for scanning
Prioritize urgent vs. non-urgent mail according to firm guidelines
Search case management system for relevant dates and information
Photocopy and scan mail and documents as needed
Notify appropriate parties of received mail via email
Create case file shells in the firm’s case management system
Generate shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages
Process outgoing mail through postage system and ensure proper billing
Perform data entry and filing tasks
Support the team with additional administrative duties as assignments
Hours: 8:30 am – 5pm
Location: Agoura Hills
Pay: $20
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanning software
Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently
High level of accuracy and efficiency in repetitive tasks
Sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
