BrightKey is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Mail Courier and Copy Machine Operator . This person will work onsite with a team to support mailroom operations and mail delivery services. Compensation & Benefits: - Pay Rate: $20.34 + $4.93 Health & Welfare

- Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities of the Mail Courier & Copy Machine Operator: - 80% of the job involves driving a company vehicle to perform mail deliveries and pickups in the local area.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages for efficient delivery.
- Deliver mail and packages to designated departments and individuals within specified timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Perform mail processing and digitization.
- Ensure timely delivery of interoffice communications and documents.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- 20% of the job involves printing and copying operations:
- Perform Large Scale Printing i.e. large custom print jobs.
- Tabbing
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly.
- Assist customers with copying and printing services.
- Ensure the completion of print and copy jobs within established deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage the finishing processes for printed materials, such as binding, cutting, and laminating.
- Communicate with service technicians for major repairs or servicing of the print and copy machines.
Qualifications of the Mail Courier & Copy Machine Operator: - Candidates with prior experience in a professional print shop environment including print, copy, and tabbing experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of print production workflow, file setup and adjusting.
- Prior driving experience such as FedEx or USPS driving is preferred.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
