Terms of Hire: Full Time.
Role Description
The Maintenance Manager is fundamental to our team. You will be overseeing the maintenance function, with at least 10 direct reports as well as responsible for 3 shifts. This is key to our success, and so are you.

You will collaborate with other teams, coordinating maintenance activities with procurement, production, engineering, and quality control departments to achieve minimal downtime/failures. This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks evaluating current and future state of maintenance, tracking and reporting on efficiency of operations, ensuring machines have effective preventative maintenance, installing and supporting SAP and making sure a 99.5% uptime goal is achieved.

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ total years’ experience in maintenance engineering field in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years maintenance management experience.
• Proven experience in project management execution, budget planning and managing as well as experience with TPM and/or Lean initiatives.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs preferred.
