Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
Design and specify tooling, gaging, and machinery used in manufacturing.
Review and evaluate existing production equipment, hardware, and tooling; recommend repairs or replacements as needed.
Assist in developing new processes, methods, and production controls to enhance efficiency.
Install and validate new equipment, ensuring proper operation; provide training for operators.
Prepare operations manuals for new or existing equipment.
Stay updated on emerging manufacturing technologies and equipment; implement innovative solutions to improve processes.
Support the development and submission of customer quotes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (required).
Experience: Minimum of three years as a Manufacturing Engineer (required).
Skills:
Extensive knowledge of CNC milling and turning processes.
Proficiency in CAM software and CNC programming.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with manufacturing equipment.
Familiarity with production principles and techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
