Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting overall production processes, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality assurance, cost control, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, optimizing equipment performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Practice safe working habits and follow safety procedures, policy and job safety analysis (JSA).
  • Ability to work towards continuous improvement of product quality and ISO 9001:2015
  • Focus efforts to work towards continuous improvement of product quality using our QMS and other process and production control tools.
  • Provides support, coordination, and leadership to all production functions plant wide.
  • Actively facilitates searching for new ideas and continuous improvement of production processes and equipment functions.
  • Work with production to monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of the manufacturing process through observations and measurements as well as by collecting and interpreting data from other team members and team leaders.
  • Evaluate, implement and monitor processes and operational systems for all manufacturing.
  • Understanding of product cost structure with a focus on reducing manufacturing costs.
  • Will become a SME for a company process. Develop SOPs, participate in safety walks, promote, create, and ensure the use of all developed manufacturing best practices of the assigned subject.
  • Lead projects from planning to implementation.
  • Responsible for the safety and training of others.
  • Responsible for compliance with all documented procedures and employee handbook.
  • Responsible for the quality of the finished product .
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a working team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience related to Engineering or manufacturing leadership roles.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to positively engage the knowledge and talents of partners in progress in order to help themselves in providing charge and continuous improvement
  • Desire and ability to plan, measure and achieve results
