We are seeking a dynamic and organized Market Research Recruiter/Analyst to help us efficiently recruit participants for focus groups, interviews, online surveys, and other research initiatives. This is an entry-level role with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in the field of market research. If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships quickly, and are excited to dive into the world of market research, this role is for you! You’ll manage the entire recruitment process while supporting marketing efforts to expand our participant database. You must be a great listener, able to assess quickly if participants are the right fit for our studies.

  • Main Office Location: Evanston, IL.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Psychology, Market Research, Marketing, Economics, Sociology, Business, Design, Anthropology). Experience in User Experience, Innovation, Design Thinking, or Customer Experience is a plus.

Recruiting responsibilities:

  • Assist in the quote process for project proposals.
  • Gather recruitment specifications from clients/researchers.
  • Identify and source candidates via social media (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and outreach tools.
  • Assist in programming, testing, fielding, and monitoring online pre-screeners.
  • Contact and screen participants through text, phone, email, or online surveys.
  • Manage participant logistics, collecting and consolidating necessary information.
  • Schedule research sessions and provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Ensure research participation agreements are signed and incentives are delivered.
  • Monitor and control recruiting expenses to stay within budget estimates.
  • Generate post-project reports comparing estimated vs. actual time spent.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and research teams on recruiting efforts.
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize the panel database system (currently hosted on HubSpot).
  • Support business development and enhance sales skills.
  • Contribute to process and service improvements with ideas and suggestions.
  • Assist with additional research, logistical, and administrative tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage with current and potential clients to explore opportunities for partnerships.
  • Support company social media activities (LinkedIn, X, Meta) by managing posts, interactions, and press releases.
  • Assist with company operations, including recruiting and research efforts.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, partners, and colleagues.
  • Address urgent issues and unexpected requests promptly.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and services.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
