UR Royalty in Cypress, TX is seeking a talented and driven Marketing/IT Assistant to join our dynamic team. We are conveniently located at 7025 Fry Rd, Suite 400, Cypress, TX 77433 . Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and highly engaged, with a passion for digital marketing and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Film and photograph social media content onsite two to three days per week
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, habits, and trends
• Develop and brainstorm creative marketing campaigns
• Support both outbound and inbound marketing activities, showcasing expertise in content development, optimization, advertising, event planning, etc.
• Collaborate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Coordinate brand awareness initiatives with the marketing team and other professionals
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives through various channels, including social media, email, TV, and more
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, web traffic) to inform future strategies
• Handle individual marketing tasks as assigned
• Ensure availability for onsite content creation and live media efforts

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience in marketing or a related role
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other popular social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience with marketing data analytics tools and strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Ads, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software
• Knowledge of web development tools (HTML, CSS) is a plus
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong communication and writing skills
• Creative thinker with commercial awareness
