Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting our overall marketing strategy. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches.
• Maintain and update the company's CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships included).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
