Beckmen Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery, with a reputation for producing high quality wines in Santa Barbara’s wine country. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for helping to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns. Content Creation: Produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and message. Digital Marketing: Manage and grow the company’s online presence, including website, email marketing, and social media. Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement. Wine Sales: Assist Tasting Room Manager, as needed, with hosting wine tastings and/or estate tours, generating wine sales and new wine club sign-ups.
