luxury design and lifestyle industry . This role offers a unique opportunity to lead branding, communications, and partnerships while managing a global PR team and mentoring a social and marketing manager.
Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Director, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness , attract new audiences, and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for brand expansion through innovative marketing campaigns and strategic collaborations.
- Lead global PR efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s messaging and objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for media outreach, managing cohesive storytelling for campaigns and press initiatives.
- Collaborate with PR teams to secure high-profile media placements and create compelling campaigns.
- Oversee and mentor the Social and Marketing Manager, ensuring consistency and innovation across all platforms.
- Align marketing strategies with revenue goals by collaborating closely with the Sales Team.
- Drive audience engagement through innovative themes and cross-promotional strategies.
- Create engaging content and campaigns to increase subscriber growth and retention.
- Elevate brand identity through cutting-edge storytelling and cohesive branding.
- Oversee marketing content for campaigns, website updates, collaborations, and product launches.
- Cultivate partnerships with like-minded brands, influencers, and organizations to increase ROI and visibility.
- Plan and execute events, product launches, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and generate buzz.
Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within luxury design, interiors, lifestyle, and high-end e-commerce sectors.
- Proven success in managing marketing strategies for businesses integrating production, sales, and e-commerce.
- A track record of developing innovative brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Expertise in digital marketing , social media strategy, and analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and collaborating across departments.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and project management abilities.
- An established network within the design, fashion, art, and luxury lifestyle industries.
- A passion for design, creativity, and craftsmanship.
