Labor Finders is searching for a skilled and experienced Master Drywaller to join one of our customer’s team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in drywall installation, finishing, and repair, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. The Master Drywaller will have extensive commercial project experience, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to fit specific spaces.
• Tape, mud, and sand drywall joints to prepare surfaces for painting or finishing.
• Repair and patch damaged drywall surfaces.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a drywall installer and finisher.
• Excellent knowledge of drywall techniques, tools, and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
