Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Primary Responsibilities - Performs a variety of back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, quality surveys and various other procedures
- Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains established quality control standards

Required Qualifications - High School graduate or GED
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or Military Medic program
- Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in an ambulatory care setting
- Experience with multiple EMR/EHR Systems such as EPIC, E-Clinical Works (ECW), Allscripts Practice Management (APM), NextGen, Cerner
- Bilingual - Spanish
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
