We are looking for a remote Coding Specialist for an award-winning hospital system! This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive team at a company who cares about their employees! This specialist will Assess documentation for each service rendered in the hospital, to accurately code principal diagnoses, secondary conditions, procedures, and social determinant codes using American Hospital Association & Current Procedural Terminology guidelines, payer specific rules for commercial/Medicaid insurance, and drug administration for certain services lines.
